My journey into marketing started alongside a career in sales, where I learned first-hand what customers value, what influences buying decisions and what businesses need to do to stand out.

Managing marketing campaigns, significant budgets and eventually specialist agencies was a natural progression and gave me a unique perspective. As a marketer, senior business manager and client to marketing agencies, I experienced both sides of the desk and came to understand that many business owners wanted the same things; clear advice, honest communication and marketing that actually delivered results.

That experience inspired me to build Monsta Media West Bridgford. A business where clients get a dedicated point of contact (me), a partner who understands their goals and a wider team of specialists working behind the scenes to help make it happen.
